1994- Offer services of the installation of thin-film coating equipment and alignment with Laser optical precision instrument in Taiwan, China and other districts in Asia with our Japanese partner(Inoue Kinzoku Kogyo Co., Ltd.).
1995- Our quality and services are recommended by DSM, CIBA, DUPONT, and PHILIPS etc.
1996- Set up the branches in China to support services and products to our clients here.
1997- The whole plant is conform to the ISO and granted the permission to manufacture High Pressure Vessel.
1998- Develop the equipment of polymerization with ITRI.
1999- Develop the technology and equipment of thin-film evaporatorSuper-Gravity Supercritical Fluid with ITRI.
2000- Develop to manufacture the equipments of slurry with well-known public company. Our quality and technologies are under the requirements of wafer manufactures.
2001- Granted the permission of designing and manufacturing pressure vessel by the Chinese authorities, thus we could provide better services to our clients in China.
With national research organization, we introduce the designing technology of super critical equipments in commercial scale from Europe.
2002- In Taiwan, we are the only one who granted the permission under Japanese authority to manufacture the agitator for nuclear energy field.
To collaborate with METAL INDUSTRIES RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT CENTER, we carry out the first set of super critical CO2 cleaning equipment in Taiwan.
2003- Collaborate with ITRI to develop Super-Gravity equipment for desulfuration and being putting into practices

2005- Our system of SCWO meets the needs of CPC, Chinese Petroleum Company, in processing DMF waste. (72 tons/day ).
